7. What is our “Body Rental” formula?

We engage to provide the listed above services, through the creation of a workgroup completely dedicated to the Client. This workgroup includes a minimum number of resources equal to two developers working full-time (8 hours a day for 20 days a month) on the Client’s projects. The total monthly standard minimum working hours amounts to 320 hours.

We remain responsible for hiring the resources dedicated to the Customer’s Team as employees and at our facility, and it is Rubik Technologies‘ responsibility for the taxes’ payments, contributions, social and health insurance, plus the expected income taxes by the Albanian law.

The duration of the weekly working hours is equal to 40 hours of work. The daily working hours, from Monday to Friday, are equal to 8 working hours. The dedicated group is entitled to 60 minutes of daily break: from 13:00 to 14:00.

Depending on the operational needs, the Client can request to work beyond the established hours. Overtime must be officially requested by the Client through an official communication from its project managers who will confirm in advance the effects on the hourly cost of the salary.

At the end of the hours considered “extraordinary”, the relative number of hours achieved will be communicated. The Client cannot request the performance of overtime when the members of his workgroup have already done 50 hours of work per week per resource.

8. Research and selection of specialized technical staff

We are continuously engaged in carrying out research and selection of the resources who will take part in the dedicated team; the sharing of anonymous CVs of candidates with the Client and the possibility of carrying out tests and/or interviews via videoconference is envisaged.
